Project Columbus was a thorough and detailed exploration into the world of online travel insurance products, undertaken by the customer experience agency Prime Motive on behalf of their client IAG.

Since 2016, I have been working with Prime Motive on a range of projects on a part-time basis. When Project Columbus concluded, I was asked to help create a visually impactful 100 page process book that would document the project from ideation through to prototype development. Along side the book, I also had the opportunity to provide a UI design for a micro-site that was also developed.
